The first single is finally here!
Coming straight off the brand new Three Minute Heroes album, the amazing single Nausea/Fatigue by Joe Russell-Brown drops today!

But this is no regular release for the singer/songwriter. Being a Three Minute Heroes artist means taking anonymised writings from the young people who partake in our creative writing sessions, and using them to write a brand new song; a totally new way of working for Joe, as well as all of the other artists on the album.
When asked about this new creative process, Joe said “It was different. I try not to go out of my comfort zone sometimes, but this definitely took me out…I’ve never done this before. I think songwriting is another entity, I cannot control it, and I got lucky this time that it came out really naturally one night. I am happy with it as well, it’s different from my usual stuff.”
Three Minute Heroes not only gives the chance for young people to get everything out of their heads and onto paper as a way to better their mental health and wellbeing, it also gives local artists and bands the opportunity to create in a different and exciting way.
We also made a music video for Nausea/Fatigue, using young people’s ideas and even starring some of them ( well their hands) in the video itself. Watch the official music video for the track here!
We are so excited to release this single and we will be celebrating it’s launch, as well as the album live on our Three Minute Heroes Facebook page in an exclusive online launch event, happening on the 14th August at 3pm.
